Invitation: How to manage your boss – online workshop

Help yourself by helping your boss. Sign up for this online workshop and learn how!

06 November 2020

The phrase "managing your boss" sounds suspiciously like political manoeuvring and intrigues, yet the simple fact remains that if your boss fails, so do you. So how do you help your boss succeed?

In a traditional top-down organisation, it is not always clear how to "manage up", but most would agree that having a positive relationship with your boss makes your work much easier. However, even if you have a boss with serious shortcomings, it is still in your best interest to make sure you have a good work relationship.

In this online workshop, we will explore how to manage upwards. The workshop will therefore include a series of breakout sessions, where participants in pairs or in small groups reflect on their own ability to manage upwards.

The workshop is led by Just Pedersen, who has more than a decade of experience with business development in the energy sector, where he has managed a number of strategic projects for Andel, Ørsted and BP in Europe and the United States. For the past 5 years, Just has taught classes in e-business and project management at Cphbusiness.

Look forward to an inspiring online event, where you participate via your computer, tablet or smartphone.

The webinar is in English, and it is free of charge to participate.
